My Story

My spiritual journey began in 2014, when an intense bout of loneliness led me to seek out guidance at a Buddhist meditation studio. It was there that I first learned the concept of loving non-attachment, and was challenged to accept my world as it truly was. I developed a curiosity about the nature of my suffering, which became the foundation of my spirituality. My quest for wisdom paved a path for me to begin studying astrology, develop a yoga + meditation practice, and discover somatic healing techniques.

My dream is to alchemize my spiritual learnings into soul-aligned offerings that embody the spirit of community. I’ve come to learn that we’re all social, communal beings—desperately searching for connection while also attempting an authentic development of our “self.” Humanity hurts, and the work I do is meant to support people and organizations as they develop the self-awareness and interdependence needed to cope with, and thrive within, their unique human experience.

Whether it’s through the wisdom of astrology, helping find/build community, or facilitating space for meaningful connection, I hope that I can be a trusted guide on your journey. Thanks for being here.
